The United States, Canada, Sweden, and Finland square off in the 2025 4 Nations Face-Off. Four players from the Boston Bruins were selected to play in the tournament including Boston’s captain, Brad Marchand. Marchand stands as the only Bruin on Canada’s roster. He is on the team’s third line alongside Brayden Point and Seth Jarvis.
Both Charlie McAvoy and Jeremy Swayman are representing the United States in this tournament. McAvoy was named one of the alternate captains, the other being Matthew Tkachuk of the Florida Panthers. McAvoy will be on the team’s first defensive pair with Blue Jackets’ Zach Werenski. Jeremy Swayman is a healthy scratch as Connor Hellebuyck is the starting goalie with Jake Oettinger backing him up.
The final Bruin in the tournament is Elias Lindholm, selected to Sweden’s team. He is the center of the fourth line with Viktor Arvidsson and Gustav Nyquist on the wings.
